About Your Wedding Photographer
Nice to Meet You, Friend!
Call me romantic, but I get goosebumps every time I see a couple through my lens. Each small touch, unexpected glance, or giggle at an inside joke speaks volumes about the people as individuals and how they are as a couple. I can’t help but see that beauty and want to capture it on camera!
I’ve always been drawn to love stories.
I’ve always seen radiance in a diverse array of skin tones.
I’ve always viewed disabilities as superpowers.
I’ve always been entranced by different languages.
Each is beautiful in its own right. But combined — which weddings so artfully do — they are breathtaking. You’re artistic, too, so I know you get it.
It’s been more than 10 years since I started capturing weddings and elopements on camera, but my passion has never faded for that explicit reason. This work — capturing you and your love’s story with emotion and authenticity — is what I was destined for.

In the Wild
I call Denton, TX home, but that hasn’t always been the case.
For several years, I lived in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and Spain as a missionary. It’s there that I fell in love with the Spanish language (I’m fluent!) and honed my candid photography skills.
What I Value Most
Emotion
To me, beautiful photos are only truly beautiful if they make you feel something. That’s where my signature candid photography style comes from, and why I let emotion guide me as I click the shutter. Your final gallery will show real feelings from all of your guests, not just the happy couple.
Accessibility
Everyone deserves to have their story told in a way that truly sees them. Small efforts on my end, like speaking Spanish to your future in-laws, adjusting my flash for your Autistic brothers, giving prompts in American Sign Language, and editing each photo until the skin tones are perfect can make all the difference for my clients.
Faith
As a Christian, I’ve always appreciated the importance of faith, or trust. My clients trust me to tell their stories authentically, with love and respect, on a day that there are no do-overs. And I trust my clients to put their trust in me as an artist and professional. Beautiful images wouldn’t be possible without that mutual faith.
“Loveddd my experience with Annie! This is our second time working with her and both times she has come with so much enthusiasm and professionalism! She is so easy to work with and made it super comfortable.”
regards, Neelam
Let’s Be Friends
I mean that. By taking a limited number of clients each year, I’m able to deeply connect with each one. It’s the reason why my photos are so emotive, and why I can call so many of my past clients close friends.
